The Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), working with the DMV, has implemented the Impaired Driver System (IDS). 

Those with an impaired driving offense will have any screening, assessment, and treatment reported to this system, keeping all information in one place - up-to-date at all times.
